ColorInvoice provides a cloud-based invoicing and accounting environment. You are strictly
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, generated URLs, and the
accuracy of the financial data and tax configurations you input. We are not liable for fiscal
miscalculations, delayed payments, or resulting downstream client disputes.
3. Data Privacy, Encryption & Security
We implement robust, state-of-the-art encryption protocols. By utilizing our service, you grant us
permission to store, process, and securely transmit your business and client data in accordance with
international data privacy laws (including GDPR frameworks). We never sell your proprietary client
lists to third-party data brokers under any circumstances.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent
billing, money laundering operations, or distributing malicious payloads through embedded links.
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate, non-refundable termination of your account
and potential reporting to financial authorities.
5. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the unilateral right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof)
at any time, with or without prior notice. Continuous utilization of the Service following
modification constitutes binding acceptance of all active updates.
